Salesforce: How to View the Items You Are Assigned to Approve

We are not all in front of our Salesforce.com instance all-day everyday so its common for us to get behind on items we need to approve.  When an approval process is setup in Salesforce.com the approver will receive an email every time they are supposed to approve a process.  Oftentimes, these can pile up.  So instead of going through your inbox wouldn’t it be nice to get a view on your homepage of all the items assigned to you?  Here is a short video on how that is done.
