Galvin Technologies is seeking a Channel Partnerships Director. This is a full-time, remote role that focuses on fostering partnerships and expanding reach into the salesforce ecosystem. The incumbent is expected to cultivate new strategic partnerships while maintaining and growing existing partnerships. The role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce portfolio, and the ways in which Salesforce sells across customer segments, industries, and geographies.

As a Channel Partnerships Director at Galvin, a typical day may include:

  • Communicating and coordinating with partners
  • Cultivating new and growing existing partnerships
  • Working closely with leadership and product teams to set strategy
  • Managing deals with vendors
  • Goal setting, tracking, and attainment

You’re a pro at:

  • Solution sales and/or OEM, Sales for SaaS platforms/solutions (3+ years)
  • Creating engaging campaigns that drive awareness and net new opportunities
  • Articulating customer value to internal staff, external partners, and customer stakeholders
  • Utilizing analytics and a variety of marketing tools
  • Leveraging sales methodologies
  • Working in a client-facing, consulting environment

You’re a pro at:

  • Standard Salesforce configuration and the Lightning design system
  • Point and click development: primarily Salesforce flow
  • Salesforce security: sharing settings, roles, and profiles

You’re a certified:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Meeting and working directly with clients to identify key business processes
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop efficient solutions
  • Building project plans to meet client expectations around solutions, budget, and timeline
  • Project oversight and management from inception through execution

You’re a pro at:

  • Managing multiple projects at once
  • Leading a team to ensure projects stay on budget and on time, managing deliverables during every step of the process
  • Leveraging technology to solve business challenges
  • Providing ongoing client support
  • Analyzing data and assessing project performance
  • Guiding the client throughout the implementation lifecycle

You have experience with:

  • Delivering projects across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Collecting and reporting project status, data, and metrics
  • Teaching, coaching, and mentoring in a leadership position
  • Managing closeout and transition to support teams as needed
  • Identifying, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
  • Proposal development in a client-facing role
