Salesforce Administrator responsibilities, including:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements;
  • Developing test plans and leading testing cycles (both QA and UAT).
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Analyzing and cleansing data files (in Excel, text, etc.);
  • Extracting data from, and loading files into, Salesforce;
  • Designing and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Salesforce App Builder responsibilities, including:
    • Designing the application database;
    • Building objects and fields;
    • Building validation rules;
    • Building page layouts;
    • Defining and building calculated fields;
    • Creating workflows;
  • Defining security with roles, groups, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.


  • Experience demonstrating competence in the roles and responsibilities described above.
  • Experience working in a client-facing, consulting environment.

As a Project Manager, you will sit across the table from clients listening to better understand needs, asking questions to improve processes and inefficiencies, and manage the process that will give the client the deliverables they have been waiting for.

You will wear multiple hats as a business analyst and PM by being flexible while managing several projects, while working with other teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget and resources are up to par and in line with both our business expectations and the client’s needs. You are good leader who likes to motivate, give direction, collaborate, analyze data, and assess performance.


  • Serve as both Business Analyst and Project Manager, including:
    • Gather and document clients functional and technical requirements;
    • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
    • Monitor project execution, implementation, and ongoing support;
    • Collect and report project status, issues, and metrics;
    • Manage deliverables;
    • Motivate team members by providing mentoring and coaching;
    • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts and managing QA and UAT testing cycles;
    • Manage closeout and transition to appropriate support teams.
  • Manage multiple unrelated projects simultaneously.
  • Work closely with both functional business groups and technical teams to ensure that project solutions are technically sound, follow best practices, and meet the needs of the business.
  • Participate in resource management activities, including:
  • Screening and interviewing new candidates;
  • Planning and allocating resources across projects;
  • Assessing resource performance.

Tools and Skillsets

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar degree
  • PMP certification
  • Management experience
  • Previous experience in a client-facing consultative environment
  • Cross-functional team member
  • Experience with cloud software applications, Salesforce, and proposal development.

Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will be a leading Salesforce Consultant that will perform hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementations for companies. The Salesforce Developer will have a focus on delivering functional solutions on the platform while taking a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of Salesforce Projects.

  • Work with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
  • Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, and perform peer code reviews. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middle-ware tools) and complex data migrations. Experience in one or more of these aspects of a Salesforce project is a must.
  • Lead development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team
  • With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development.
  • Maintain effective client relations and rapport – delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks
  • Post-delivery – assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform hand-off and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success

  • Lightning Component development experience
  • Salesforce platform programming languages – Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework
  • Lightning Design System framework
