Galvin Technologies’ Tobias Ward Named a 2026 Salesforce MVP

Each year, thousands of Salesforce professionals contribute their time, knowledge, and expertise to the Trailblazer Community. Only a select few earn the title of Salesforce MVP.
This year, our very own Tobias “Toby” Ward, Galvin Technologies’ Principal Consultant, Nonprofit Practice, became one of them.
Salesforce received more than 2,100 nominations from around the world before selecting just 24 new MVPs. The annual recognition honors Trailblazers who represent the highest standard of the program’s three pillars—expertise, leadership, and generosity—and make a lasting impact on the Salesforce ecosystem.
One of Salesforce’s Highest Honors
The Salesforce MVP distinction is a prestigious recognition awarded to exceptional professionals who go beyond their technical expertise to actively serve, inspire, and mentor the global Trailblazer Community. Rather than solely focusing on their own organizations, MVPs are dedicated community leaders who invest their time in organizing user groups, speaking at conferences, writing educational content, and freely answering questions to help fellow users overcome challenges. Ultimately, this title celebrates the most passionate advocates whose selfless commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering connections propels the entire Salesforce ecosystem forward.
A Trailblazer Among Trailblazers
Toby’s MVP status comes just a year after Salesforce selected him as one of the 28 inaugural members of its Trailblazer Community Advisory Board. Representing six continents and 13 countries, the board works directly with Salesforce executives to help shape programs, influence platform improvements, and guide the future of the Trailblazer Community.
Toby leads the Nonprofit Cloud Best Practices group, where practitioners collaborate on practical patterns and guidance that nonprofits can reuse. He works directly with the Salesforce Nonprofit Product Team, providing feedback in the Nonprofit Partner Design program for Case & Program Management, Volunteer Management, and Fundraising.
Toby regularly speaks at Salesforce conferences and user groups, drawing on his work with nonprofit organizations. In the past year alone, he has presented at several community-led events, including Nonprofit Dreamin’, Texas Dreamin’, DC Nonprofit User Group, DC Admin User Group and Columbia, MD User Group on topics ranging from Outcomes Management, advanced Salesforce reporting and Nonprofit Cloud Best Practices.
Beyond the stage, Toby participates in Salesforce sprints, collaborates with peers, and volunteers his time supporting fellow Salesforce professionals. He is paving the way with Outcome Management, educating clients about this being a differentiator for Salesforce’s Nonprofit Cloud. He puts the “value” in Salesforce MVP by helping other Trailblazers expand theirs—and the platform’s.
Toby’s passion for the Salesforce platform is matched only by his incredible love for learning. He doesn’t just absorb new information; he actively looks for ways to share his experiences and insights to help everyone around him grow. His excitement for what he does is truly infectious, and it elevates our entire team. We couldn’t be prouder to see his generosity and expertise recognized on a global scale.

Shaping What’s Next
For Galvin Technologies’ clients, Toby’s selection as a Salesforce MVP reinforces what they’ve experienced firsthand: a consultant who combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
His work alongside Salesforce leaders and fellow Trailblazers keeps him at the forefront of emerging technologies, evolving best practices, and ideas shaping the future of Salesforce. Whether he’s exploring the latest innovations with Agentforce, Tableau or the upcoming release, contributing product feedback through the Nonprofit Partner Design program, or collaborating through the Trailblazer Community Advisory Board, Toby is actively involved in the conversations driving the ecosystem forward.
Toby leads with a selfless heart. His passion for helping nonprofits succeed is matched only by his commitment to his teammates. That combination is contagious, inspiring everyone around him to grow, improve, and give their best.
– Gary Galvin
That perspective informs the guidance he provides to clients, helping them prepare not only for where Salesforce is today, but where it’s headed next.
Recognition on this scale isn’t earned through a single project, presentation, or accomplishment. It is built over years of advancing what’s possible within the platform—for the organizations that rely on it and the professionals who use it every day. We’re proud to work alongside Toby and celebrate his well-deserved place among the 2026 Salesforce MVPs.
